QuantumPak Q800CGHD continuous band sealer with a heavy-duty conveyor gas flushes and/or vacuum seals bags and pouches  weighing up to 100 lbs at speeds up to 500" per minute.

The Q800CGHD band sealer hermetically seals a wide variety of bag styles made of nearly any kind of material including metalized laminates, paper laminates, Tyvek, and a variety of plastic materials.

Easy-to-use digital controls for the temperature and speed and can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of material, ensuring reliable seals. The extra-tall frame, and a variety of extra wide conveyors make the Q800CGHD ideal for large bags or bag in the box applications.
