Keep the X-Pattern with the Speed of a One-Way Wrap

Dual towers combine the stability and load containment of an X-pattern with the speed of a one-way wrap. While one of the carriages wrap from bottom up, the other carriage wraps from top to bottom; reducing the number of rotations while achieving the same load containment as a conventional dual-way wrap.

Wrap Double-Stacked Loads Individually & Simultaneously

Use one tower to wrap the bottom load while the second tower wraps the top load separately. Obtain two individually wrapped loads simultaneously - cutting yor time in half.

More Throughput with Fewer Revolutions

Same a lot of time by applying the same amount of stretch film with fewer revolutions by using the two film carriages to wrap a single load.

Versatility and Flexibility for Your Pallet Loads

Two towers provide options. Increase efficiency by equipping one of the carriages with pneumatic roping or banding to increase load containment with a minimum number of rotations. Or use one of the otwers to secure the top and bottom portion of the load during the first rotation to improve load stability.

Cut and Wipe System

Pneumatically operated cut and wipe-on system automatically cuts and wipes the film onto the load upon cycle end
First a vertical roller positions the film over the clamp which grabs the film, ensuring longer heat wire life expectancy
Then the heat wire swings in and cuts the film
A timed impulse heat control allows quick cool down so the heat wire becomes cold to the touch within 5 seconds
