Two lines of product are conveyed and automatically loaded into formed cartons. Loaded cartons are conveyed and packed into automatically erected cases.
Automatic Carton Former and Loader with Merging Conveyor
Two lines of product convey to automatic carton formers and loaders with a gluing units. Both lines of loaded cartons merge and pass a check weighing system.
Automatic Case Erector and Packer
Automatic case erector supplies cases to a case loader that automatically packs loaded cartons into cases. Cases are closed, taped, and conveyed. Finished cases are manually stacked on pallets for semi-automatic stretch wrapping.
Finished Loaded Carton
Formed cartons are automatically loaded.
Finished Sealed Carton
Loaded cartons are automatically sealed and date coded prior to case packing.
