Complete Pallet to Pallet Can Packaging Line
Plain cans are unloaded in layers from pallets, labeled, tray-packed, and shrink bundled. Shrink bundled trays of labeled cans are palletized, and pallet loads stretch wrapped in this fully-automatic pallet-to-pallet line.
Depalletizer Unloads Layers of Bright Stack Cans
Full pallet layers are unloaded from bulk "bright stack" pallets. Cans from each layer are mass-flow diverted to a single file conveyor feed.
High-Speed Can Labeler
Bright non-labeled cans are fed through a high-speed vertical turret labeler.
2,800 Can Accumulation Table
Labeled cans are fed to a 2,800 can accumulation table to prepare for tray loading.
Corrugated Tray Erector and Loader
Corrugated tray erector and loader packs a 12-count of cans. Loaded trays are passed to an tray up-stacker - optional for shrink bundling more than one loaded tray together.
Conveyor Feeds Loaded Trays to Shrink Bundler Infeed
