The A-B-C 29 is built with a heavy steel frame, stainless packing chamber, and reinforced packing mandrel to provide reliable production in your packaging line.

Designed for Large Product Loads and Oversized Cases: Oversized cartons or multi-packed product loads are efficiently handled by the A-B-C 29 case packer. The accumulators, stacking mechanisms, and case handling devices are designed for larger product loads ensuring top efficiency and operator ease in packing.

Easy to Operate Case Packer: Product feed, accumulation and case packing are automatic, monitored by sensors to match the packing sequence to your line speed. The operator simply opens knock-down cases and positions them on the packing funnel. After case packing, the full case is automatically lowered to a takeaway conveyor for case sealing.

Optimized Semi-Automatic Case Packing Operation: Automatic accumulation and packing can immediately increase production speeds to 15 cases per minute, depending on the dexterity of the operator. The case packer may interface directly to an A-B-C top and bottom case sealer with no additional conveyor requirement.

Unique Features to Ensure Gentle Product Handling: Infeed conveyors and accumulation devices are designed for smooth and gentle product handling offering precision and accuracy that is unmatched by hand packing.
