Stainless Bottom Belt Case Sealer for Wet Environments

The BestPack MSD-S stainless steel semi-automatic uniform case sealers are designed to seal cases in wet environments. Units are available for either splash resistant or wash-down applications. The two bottom belts are driven by one bottom drive electric 110V UL approved motor.

The BestPack MBD-S food grade 304 stainless steel case taper is approved food grade applications. The tape head also comes standard in food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.

Features

Heavy-duty 2mm food grade 304 stainless steel welded frame including upper welded legs.

Offset top tape heads for top and bottom sealing cartons down to 3.0" tall.

Bottom belt drive system with 1-piece die molded belts and V-belt guide.

Bottom belt drive system also includes idler rollers behind the belts.

3" tape head unit accepts either 2" and 3" pop-out BestPack high-speed tape heads.

Top mast design with screw drive shafts and an upper side compression unit.

Adjustable bed height from 23.5" to 30.0".

Width adjustment uses self-centering side guide rails.

Height adjustment handle can be mounted on either side of carton sealer.

Electrical on/off box can be mounted on either side of the sealer.

Tape roll lengths: 1000yd 1500yd & 2000yd.

Extra 4" carton height adjustment available on upper assembly.

Quality UL approved electrical parts.
