Quad-Belt Drive Provides Carton Stability and Effective Sealing

The BestPack MSD-6 semi-automatic uniform tape carton sealer is an operator fed adjustable carton sealer using 6-inch wide tape to seal the top and bottom of a carton. 6-inch wide tape helps with security, tamper protection, and pilferage prevention, and also effectively seals cartons that are overly heavy, over-filled, or otherwise difficult to keep sealed.

All BestPack case tapers are available in standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance. The MSD-6 sealer also accepts 4", 3" and 2" tape heads with optional skid plate adapters.

Features

Heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame including upper welded legs.

Side belt drive system with idler rollers behind the 1-piece die molded belts that also includes V-belt guide.

Accepts 6", 4", 3", and 2" pop-out BestPack high-speed tape heads.

Telescopic mast design with screw drive shafts and a unique 4 roller upper side compression unit.

Width/height adjustment handle can be mounted on either side of the carton sealer.

Adjustable bed height from 23.5" to 30.0".

Electrical on/off box can also be easily mounted on either side of the sealer (left side is standard).

Tape roll  lengths: 1000 yd and 1500 yd.

Extra 4" carton height adjustment available on upper assembly.

Exclusive pop-out pressure sensitive high-speed tape head with patented tab adjustment and noise.

Reduction arm.
