Seal Tall Unstable Cases with a 4-Belt Drive Taper

The BestPack MTLW semi-automatic adjustable case sealers are engineered for economical, effective operator-fed closure applications. The MTLW's air-driven brush tucks the leading and trailing tabs that hang over the bottom of the carton. This brush facilitates top sealing of cartons from a minimum height of 0.5" high, three inches lower than the MTD's minimum height of 3.5".

All BestPack case tapers are available in standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.

Features

Heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame including upper welded legs.

4-belt drive system (2 top and 2 bottom) with idler rollers behind the 1-piece die molded belts that also includes V-belt guide.

Air-driven bottom brush that allows for low top seal down to 0.5" in height.

Top and bottom tape head included for top and bottom seal down to 3.5" in height.

Accepts 2" or 3" pop-out BestPack high-speed tape heads.

Upper side compression unit.

Individually adjustable side width guide rails.

Height adjustment handle can be mounted on either side of the carton sealer.

Electrical on/off box can be mounted on either side of the sealer (left side is standard).

Adjustable bed height from 20.5" to 30.0".

Tape roll lengths: 1000 yd and 1500 yd.

UL approved electrical parts.
