Bottom Flap Folder and Tilted Packing Station

The BestPack MBF-T bottom flap folder and packing station has a rotating/tilting bed that closes the bottom flaps and holds the carton in a tilted position while the operator fills the carton. The operator activates a switch that causes the packing station to rotate to a standing positon. The operator then pushes the carton to the next station.

The ergonomic design of the tilting bed provides a better packing angle for the operator.

The MBF-T is a great addition to BestPack carton sealers and provides a total packing line solution.

Heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame including upper welded legs.

Rotating tilting bottom flap folding packing station.

Air micro switch activates bottom flap folders.

Uses heavy-duty SMC oil-less cushioned air-cylinders.

MPBF is left justified.

Adjustable bed height 20.5" - 30.0".
