Apply 2 Strips of Tape on Case Tops and Bottoms

The BestPack MS2B2T operator-fed case sealer is designed to lay two strips of tape on the bottom and two strips of tape top of the carton. This type of taping may be necessary where the major flaps do not meet in the middle of the carton, and the cost of staples is not acceptable. This MS2B2T sealer eliminates the need for staples or glue on the bottom and the top of the carton.

The BestPack MS line incorporates 2" or 3" pop-out pressure-sensitive high speed tape heads with BestPack's patented tab adjustment.

The BestPack MS2B2T has four tape heads, with two side belts driven by two electric 110V UL approved motors.

Features

Heavy-duty 2mm welded frame including upper welded legs.

Side belt drive system with idler rollers behind the 1-piece die molded belts that also includes V-belt guide.

Applies two strips of tape on the bottom and two strips of tape on the top of the carton.

Accepts 2" and 3" pop-out BestPack high-speed tape heads.

Upper side compression unit.

Width and height adjustment crank handles can be mounted on either side of the sealer.

Electrical on/off box can also be easily mounted on either side of the sealer (left side is standard).

Adjustable bed height for MS2B2T23: 20.5" to 30.0".

Tape roll lengths: 1000 yd, 1500 yd, and 2000 yd.

Upper mast is tapped and drilled that can be raised (un-bolted, raised and re-bolted) for an extra 4" carton height if needed.
