Conveyors and Casters Added to the MSD Case Sealer

The BestPack MSD Simple Pack & Seal System is the cost-saving problem-solver for your carton sealing applications.

The system includes the MSD semi-automatic uniform case sealer. The MSD operator-fed case sealer is a top of the line machine, designed to suit a variety of light-to-heavy duty uniform carton closure applications. Using side belt technology, the MSD case taper will seal very narrow to wide cartons. Dual telescopic masts allow for an extra 4" carton height extension on the upper assembly.

Long 39.5" infeed and exit conveyors with L-brackets are work platforms that allow staging of cartons on the infeed and the exit.

Heavy-duty locking casters allowing the carton sealer to quickly and easily move as needed.

Features

Exclusive pop-out pressure sensitive high-speed tape head with patented tab adjustment and noise reduction arm.

Two belt side drive system.

Telescopic mast.

Extra 4" height adjustment available on upper assembly.

MSD22 & MSD32 adjustable bed height: 23.5" - 30.0".

MSD23 & MSD33 adjustable bed height: 25.75" - 30.0".

Width/height adjustment knobs can be mounted on either side of carton sealer.

Upper side compression unit.

Tape roll  lengths: 1000 yd, 1500 yd & 2000 yd.

Heavy-duty frame.

UL approved electrical parts.

Capable of interchanging 2" or 3" tape heads.

Electrical on/off box can be mounted on either side of carton sealer.
