Hot Plate Shrink Tunnel with COHRlastic Belt for High-Speed Wrapping

Arpac's hot plate shrink tunnels produce complete and uniform shrink in most high speed wrapping applications. Solid heated COHRlastic belts are designed to control the location and seal on shrink wrapped products. This enhances the appearance of low profile items such as pizzas, stationary, greeting cards and calendars.

Arpac shrink tunnels produce consistent uniform film shrink using heavy-duty, variable speed blowers and calrod heating elements to create a recirculating air system that forces hot air to all package surfaces.

Independent control systems regulate temperature, air velocity and conveyor speeds. The efficient heating system on each machine reduces the amount of electricity needed to run the machine, consequently reducing operating costs.

All machines are equipped with thermocouple temperature controls.
