Ideal for work cell or small-volume fulfillment operations, these paper void-fill solutions accommodate a variety of packaging needs. Models include the Sealed Air FasFil M, FasFil Mini, and FasFil Jr.

FasFil Jr.

The Sealed Air FasFil Jr. is a full-featured paper void-fill system specifically designed for pack station needs. Ideal for medium-volume shippers, this compact, powered system can be installed in seconds for maximum uptime. Mounting options include table-top or optional floor stand. The entire unit swivels for quick and easy paper loading. Multiple operating models include cut-and-hold or manual mode and custom pad lengths are available at the push of a button. This system offers integrated anti-jam sensors and a onetouch reset.

FasFil M

The Sealed Air FasFil M is a manual paper void-fill dispenser that installs in seconds and requires no power to operate. It can be used with the FasFil Mini by removing the perforated box sections and placing the box of fan fold paper on the FasFil M dispenser to start packing. It's ergonomically designed with packers in mind. The easy cut-and-tear process allows for single-handed operation. The unit holds the paper packaging material above the work surface to optimize the entire pack station space. The included height-adjustable stand can be extended so the dispenser can fill tall boxes or be lowered so the entire unit can fit under shelves if needed. It can also be mounted directly onto a shelf or a work bench with screws or with a clamp.

FasFil Mini

Sealed Air FasFil Mini is individually boxed fanfold paper dispenser that doubles as a convenient shipping container. This compact solution is ideal for low-volume shippers or small ship-from-store operations. Once the void-fill paper is depleted, the entire carton can be recycled in mixed paper collection streams. The box can be used alone or with the Sealed Air FasFil M dispenser by removing the perforated box sections and placing the box of fanfold paper on the tabletop dispenser to start packing.
