Weigh Right SDS tray filling scales are designed to net weigh 15 to 40 lbs. of gummy vitamins, gel tablets, and other products requiring storing in vented or solid-bottom shallow drying trays. The SDS also perfectly weighs and dispenses fragile fruit products into cartons.

Both trays and cartons can be run on the same system with simple tool-less change parts.

SDS-V Vibratory and SDS-B Belt Feed Scales

Weigh Right SDS scales can be built with either vibratory or belt feed design depending on the product’s flow characteristics and how the product is packaged. The vibratory design (SDS-V) handles free-flowing products while the belt feed design (SDS-B) handles less free-flowing products.
