Two Stage Bulk and Dribble System

Weigh Right PMB fillers deliver consistent results. These reliable weighers feature a two-stage bulk-and-dribble system. Product transfers quickly from the supply hopper to the weigh hopper using a series of vibratory trays.

These scales vibrate the majority of the desired weight quickly into the weigh bucket (bulk speed), and vibrate the remaining weight slowly (dribble speed) to provide an accurate weight.

When the target weight is accurately met, the product is dispensed into your package with little or no giveaway.

1 to 6 Lanes to Meet Your Filling Needs

Using this bulk-and-dribble method, every scale is specifically designed to handle your products, interface with any automatic equipment such as baggers or conveyors, provide the necessary fill rate, and cleanly fill into your packages.

The PMB series vibratory scales are available with 1 to 6 lanes to meet various speed requirements or for batching products together.

The number of vibratory trays needed to move the product accurately into the weigh bucket is determined by the product's flow characteristics. Each system is designed to handle as many of your products as possible.

Rugid Frame and Intuitive Interface

Weigh Right standard frames have powder coated finishes with contact surfaces made from 304 stainless steel. All stainless USDA or WDA wash down construction is available.

These scales come standard with touch screen menu-driven controls offering job storage, help menus and easy to read graphics. All scales are built with non-proprietary components.
