Shuttleworth Servo SmartFeed systems combine buffering and indexing into a single source solution for feeding packaging equipment without the use of devices. This unique system monitors production flow and delivers information to the wrapper or cartoner for speed modulation. The Servo SmartFeed automatically synchronizes to the packaging machine so that products are precisely and consistently placed on the infeed of the wrapper or cartoner. This machine is designed for either an industrial or food application and has a Human Machine Interface (HMI) to accommodate variable product sizes.

Equipped with Shuttleworth's innovative Slip-Torque roller technology, the Servo Smartfeed provides low back pressure accumulation, allowing for gentle product handling while also properly spacing the product into the wrapper – minimizing the potential for product damage to occur. This will benefit the user with a highly-efficient packaging line running at peak performance.
