Consistent Patterned Product Flow

Each Shuttleworth Multi-Packer SmartFeed systems are designed to release a pattern of multiple products in time with a flighted or belted wrapper infeed. A series of product stops, or a combination of in-surface brakes with an adjustable overhead brake, controls the number of products released to the wrapper, cartoner or case packer.

Equipped with Shuttleworth's innovative Slip-Torque roller technology, the Multi-Packer SmartFeed provides low back pressure accumulation, allowing for gentle product handling while also properly spacing the product into the wrapper – minimizing the potential for product damage to occur. This will benefit the user with a highly-efficient packaging line running at peak performance.
