Fill Low to Medium Viscosity Liquids with a Consistent Level
Volumetric Technologies overflow liquid fillers are designed to fill low to medium viscosity liquids into containers with a consistent fill level.
Volumetric Technologies overflow systems are especially useful when filling foaming products, as the foam will be evacuated out of the bottle during the filling process. Precision-engineered overflow nozzles guarantee that equal fill levels are achieved. The product can be pumped using gravity or by using a variety of different pumps such as centrifugal pumps, lobe pumps, and air diaphragm pumps and others.
These overflow liquid fillers are easy to operate with a touchscreen HMI, quick tool-free changeover for multiple containers, and configurations ranging from 2 to 12 filling heads. All product contact surfaces are constructed from 316L stainless steel and USDA approved materials.
