The Dynaric N3400A is a high-performance, energy saving, operator-less strapping machine ideal for banding totes for pharmaceutical and distribution centers. The N3400A strapping banding machine is equipped with variable speed powered belts that can be adjusted to the exact speed needed to keep your production line moving.
This fully automatic strapping banding machine uses standard 120v power to operate the 24volt direct drive servo motors. The 24v direct drive servo motors not only save energy but also increasing machine reliability, in-turn reducing downtime. Although the unit can be switched to manual and used like an offline unit, the N3400A fully automatic strapping machine is designed to operate automatically using adjustable photo switches to detect incoming packages, making this strapping machine ideal for pharmaceutical and distribution centers securing totes, cut paper and containers.
To decrease downtime in between coil changes the N3400A is equipped with an externally located dispenser that can utilize Dynaric XL coils.
The N3400A is equipped with an automatic strap feeding system as well as an end-of-strap sensing system with automatic strap discharge once a coil has been completed.
