Lower Height Ergonomic Aluminum Conveyors
Shuttleworth shallow-depth low profile aluminum conveyors are designed for multi-level systems and operator ergonomics. These conveyors are an ergonomically-friendly solution for assembly, test, inspection and packaging workstations, allowing operators to be comfortably seated while working directly on the conveyor surface.
Shuttleworth low-profile conveyors are ideal for the food & beverage, automotive, healthcare & pharmaceutical, and personal care industries.
Using Slip-Torque technology, this low profile conveyor has a shallow depth and completely enclosed drive mechanism. Slip-Torque technology uses the coefficient of friction between the rotating roller surface shaft and the loose fit rollers to control the driving force of the product. Size and weight of the product determine the driving force and roller selection. When the products accumulate, rollers beneath the accumulated products slip to avoid jamming, scuffing and shingling.
