The Rennco E-Commerce 301 bagig system minimizes film cost by forming optimally-sized bags around each order. This Rennco bagging system produces bags as small as 2 x 2 inches to as large as 18 x 24 inches that can be used for shipping consumer or commercial products.

Rennco packagers typically run centerfolded roll stock material. Use of the Rennco centerfolder device runs flat stock material commonly used for mailers and converts this film to centerfold prior to machine feeding.

Integrated Automatic Print & Apply Labeling System

Integrated with an ID Technology print and apply labeling system applies a shipping label to the package making it ready to ship.

An operator loads items into the film that has been centerfolded. Once all items are loaded, the opertor presses a palm button. A shipping label is printed and applied to the finished package - ready for transport to the end customer.

Tape Strip for Simple Returns

Another unique feature on the system is the addition of a tape strip on the inside of the package. This strip is added to the flat stock material (with the covering still on it) positioned on the inside of the package. This allows customers to re-use the bag for returns, if needed, by turning the package inside out and re-sealing with the tape strip.
