Fast, Efficient Laundry Bagging

Rennco's VerticL-PP laundry bagging system provides a reliable, versatile cost-effective packaging solution. This bagging system uses roll stock film instead of pre-made bags. The VerticL-PP industrial laundry baggers are equipped with a light screen cycling mechanism that counts the items per package. Alternatively, these systems can be equipped with a weigh scale.

The Rennco VerticL-PP laundry bagger system includes a touch screen for recipe selection for package specifications, a light screen auto cycle which allows for automatic machine cycle, a trimless package with no material scrap, and a bag tapper to assist distribution of products in package.

Operational Summary

Towels or shop rags are received into the hopper area from upstream equipment. Towels advance toward the operator station. The operator tosses towels into the pouch area through the light screen which counts the number of towels per bag. Once the count is reached, the machine will cycle and produce the bag. The operator continues to load the next group of towels at the time the machine is cycling. Finished packages exit on a conveyor set to the customer specified height. This system offers ease of loading and increases product bagging speeds.

Lower Material Costs

All Rennco systems use center-folded rolls of poly film which are readily available at significant savings compared to pre-made bags. Rennco standard systems have bag sizes from 12" x 24" to 27" x 24". Bag sizes can be changed on the touch screen in seconds, without having to change the roll. Therefore only one supply item is ever needed.

Fast Production

Rennco identifies a continuous production speed of approximately 4000 towels per hour, per side, that can be maintained throughout a shift. If inspection by an operator is not needed, consider Rennco's faster, automatic ProPick laundry system.
