Industrial-Strength Versatile, Super Fast Tamper Band System
The Tripack SPC+ is a state-of-the-art, large format, tamper evident banding system. This tamper banding system is specifically developed to apply and position tamper evident bands onto containers that lack a support shoulder. This robust tamper banding system design has been proven run at speeds up to 300ppm.
The Tripack SPC+ tamper bander uses a mandrel-based delivery system in conjunction with a unique dynamic platen device. This mechanical design allows for precise film placement and optimized shrink band registration.
The SPC+ is available in washdown construction, ideal for dairy environments. Popular applications for this tamper band applicator are ice cream, butter/margarine, frozen entrees, deli style trays, candy containers, and aluminum foil trays.
Like all Tripack applicators, the SPC+ has full complement of options, including customized product handling solutions, film accumulation devices, and shrink tunnels.
