Fast Accurate Filling for Bulky Food Products
The Weigh Right iQ-3600-HD and iQ-3602-HD vibratory large-volume vibratory scales fill product into cases or bags faster than standard large-volume scales.
Utilizing a high-deflection vibratory feeder the iQ-3600-HD weighers quickly weigh and fill large volumes of product. The product cascades from this powerful vibratory tray into the weigh bucket and onto a secondary vibratory dribble tray to top-off of the portioned product achieving remarkable accuracy.
Container can be hand placed by an operator or these fillers can be designed to fit over and interfaced with an automatic bagger, pouch maker or indexing conveyor.
