Straight Section Model Number 138G-18-3-H-8:
(aluminum or galvanized steel)-(overall width)-(wheels per foot)-(length).
Specify 138A for aluminum frame; 138G for galvanized steel.
Curved Section Model Number 138AC-12-H-45:
(aluminum or galvanized steel)-(overall width)-(degree).
Specify 138AC for aluminum frame; 138GC for galvanized steel.

Specifications

Rollers: 1-3/8" dia. x 18 gauge tubing available in heat treated aluminum (model 138A) or galvanized steel (model 138G); both with smooth swaged ends. Roller capacity is 35 lbs. for 138A; 50 lbs. for 138G.
Axles: 1/4" dia. galvanized steel shaft, spring loaded.
Frames: Formed heat-treated aluminum channel 2-1/2" x 1" x 1/8"; formed galvanized steel channel 2-1/2" x 1" x 12 ga.
Couplings: Hook and rod; hooks on one end and rod (stud) other end.
Bearings: Integral plain ball bearings, zinc plated, oiled.
Frame Capacity: Aluminum 160 lbs. max. distributed live load per 10' section or 750 lbs. per 5' section; galvanized steel 350 lbs. max. distributed live load per 10' section, or 1300 lbs. per 5' section.
