The MFT Automation VTC conveying system can be one solid belt or configured in individual belt tracks to meet your specific conveying application.

The MFT Automation VTC is powered by a 750 watt brushless servo motor for precise product placement. Optional upgrades to 1000 watts are available.

Infrared sensor detects a wide range of products for an accurate count, double-detect, and overlap detection.

Efficiency of the MFT Bagger System utilizes lugs to firmly handle, and control, products down the collator line.

Transfer belts at the end of the bagging system transfer the products securely for wrapping and sealing.

Modular in 7.5 - foot (2.286 meter) units to easily create the system length you need for your bagging production line.

Expandable to accommodate any number of friction feeders and automatic drop tables.

Feeder configurations can be straddle-mounted or side-mounted to the collator for multiple product applications.

Mounting of optional components, such as inkjet, laser coders, scanners, and vision systems is quick and easy with linear mounting bars.

Encoder feedback enables the bagging system to speed match other machinery downstream.
