The Pearson CE25 Case Erector reliably forms consistently square cases at speeds of up to 25 cases per minute. With a vertical case presentation and compact footprint, the CE25 is ideal for small spaces. Advanced features such as high-visibility machine status lighting, non-contact interlocks, CAT-3 Safety Circuits and an easily accessible grace port are standard on the machine.

Reliable Positioning for Picking: Reliably positions the knockdowns for accurate introduction into the machine. Ergonomic height reduces operator fatigue.

Reliable Opening of Knockdowns: A dual opposed vacuum force reliably opens the knockdown by grasping the case from both sides simultaneously to prepare the case forming.

Consistently Square Cases: Synchronized dual chain drive transports case through closing and sealing section ensuring completed cases are square as they exit the machine.

Fast Changeover: Fast changeovers are supported by the industry's most advanced HMI with an uncluttered design, intuitive navigation, interactive changeover and fault-recovery guides, live sensor maps, and advanced maintenance features. Scales, pointers and quick release handles ensure additional tools are not necessary. Trained technicians can complete a changeover in under 8min.

Small Footprint: Vertically formed cases do not need to be tipped up for proper output, which reduces the overall machine size.

Reliable Closing and Sealing: Case position is being controlled during flap folding providing accurate folding at the score lines.

Easily Accessible Grace Port: Grace ports provide convenient communication access and 110V convenience outlet at the outside of the machine’s electrical cabinet.

Convenient Dual Access to the Machine: A remote operator station enables machine control on both sides of the conveyor.

Remote Access Capability: Allows Pearson’s support team on-demand access to the equipment’s PLC and HMI through a secure VPN connection via an eWON router (ISECOM STAR and ISO27001 certified) to support emergency troubleshooting and reduce on-site visits.
