Simple High-Performance Case Erecting

The BestPack Packaging ESHT is an innovative high-performance carton erector/sealer using a top carton pull system. This design allows for large cartons that can be difficult to erect and yet still handles a wide range of carton sizes. The ESHT erector is built for heavy usage with quick and simple carton size change over. Optional automatic infeed conveyors are available for pre-stacked cartons yet to be erected.

All BestPack units are available in standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.

Heavy-duty 3mm welded frame.

Carton straight fed from the hopper / carton top pulled.

Manual jog button for step-by-step activation of all movements to confirm proper size changes.

Quick easy manual length, width and height adjustments.

Tape head side seal adjustment.

Venturi suction cup system.

Hopper holds 70-100 cartons depending on the carton.

Output: up to 10 cartons per minute depending on carton sizes and ranges.

Variable speed.

Allen-Bradley PLC Logic.

Heavy-duty maintenance free oil-less air cylinder.

Interlock safety gates where needed.

Alarm system for low tape / no tape on carton / no cut sensors with malfunction jam detection and three-colored warning light.

Carton on demand logic with photo eye.

Capable of interchanging 2" or 3" BestPack pop-out high-speed tape heads.

Carton is righted as the carton leaves the erector and drops.

Exclusive 2" or 3" pop-out pressure sensitive high-speed tape head with patented tab adjustment and noise reduction arm.
