Bag Sealing System with Vacuum and Gas Flushing

OK Supersealer Air Evac / Gas Flush continuous bag sealer provides vacuum, gas flush or a combination of both. This band sealer system incorporates a Supersealer SB20 band sealer or Supersealer SS2 hot air sealer with an air evac / gas flush nozzle and conveyor.

This bag sealing system seals up to 15 bags per minute, and has many different configurations from packaging small bags up to bag-in-box applications.

A touch screen provides flow control configuration and a timer or foot pedal activates the vacuum / gas flush probe.

This bag sealer system is CE marked, runs on 110 or 220 volt, and can be plugged into any wall socket. Air requirement is 80 psi.

Standard versions are built with 316 stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Most parts can be removed with no tools for cleaning or wash down.

Supersealer Air Evac / Gas Flush Band Sealer IP65 & IP69K Wash Down
The IP65 rated bag sealer can be washed down with a garden hose pressure only. The IP69K rated bag sealer can handle aggressive washdown.
