Use a Flat-Bottom Pouch Instead of a Bag in a Box
Quad seal flat-bottom pouches are an innovative alternative package to retail folding cartons. The flat bottom mimics a box, allowing the pouch to stand securely on retail shelves. Use a quad seal flat-bottom pouch to package anything that could go in a box with an inner bag, such as cereal, granola, crackers, and snacks.
Quad seal flat-bottom pouches keep products fresh longer than an inner pillow bag in a box. These pouches can be made with heavy-duty barrier films that protect contents from moisture, odor, puncture, and other hazards and contaminants. Barrier film with a slider or tie, mean products stay fresher, longer - even once the packaging has been opened.
Quad seal flat-bottom pouches have a small footprint, and are convenient to store, ship, fill, and distribute as finished goods.
Side gussets, front and back panels, and the bottom panel provide more surface space for graphics and branding than other stand-up pouches. Because of their construction, quad seal flat-bottom pouches have more volume to hold significantly more product for their footprint and height than bottom gusset pouches.
